Since 1928, Minneapolis-based Courage Center, a nonprofit rehabilitation and resource center, has had a legacy of advancing the lives of people experiencing barriers to health and independence. Our continuum of care includes rehabilitation therapies, transitional rehabilitation, pain management, vocational and community-based services, and camping and sports and recreation programs for people of all ages and abilities.
Courage Center offers comprehensive rehab services for people of all ages and abilities. We specialize in pain management, brain injury, spinal cord injury and congenital disabilities. We offer accessible fitness centers, aquatic therapy, vocational and community based services, a transitional rehab program, and sports, recreation and camping.

Courage Center Driver Assessment and Training is participating in the AAA Show Your Card and Save Program, effective June 1, 2008. You can get a $20 discount on the cost of any driver assessment evaluation just by showing your AAA membership card.

May 9 CEU Topic is Return to Work Issues
Courage Center is hosting a credentialed educational forum on Friday, May 9 at its Golden Valley location, 3915 Golden Valley Road. The session offers three CEUs, and is entitled “Return to Work for the Injured Worker”. Registration is from 8-8:30am with the session itself from 8:30-11:30am at Courage Center, 3915 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley.

Nominations Accepted for 2008 Phillips Awards
Courage Center is accepting nominations for its annual Jay and Rose Phillips Awards. The awards are presented each year by Courage Center to people with disabilities who have achieved outstanding vocational and community success. New this year: The Phillips Caregiver Award.
